WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders will ship within one week of placement. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 72 hours of shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Domestic Orders: Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Items received after the 30 day period will receive store credit.
Sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped.
